“Very disappointing unfortunately. Came all smooshed and tiny (didn’t realize 4 inches included the roots which should be clarified in my opinion) doesn’t feel very alive and healthy. I potted it and I’m crossing my fingers hoping that with a little love it can grow into something beautiful. I definitely wouldn’t order from here again which is a bummer. I love plants and was hoping this would be a cool reliable site to get them from but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it.”

“I am happy that I purchased the heat pack. However, the plants were not wrapped tight enough so they were tossed around in the box which resulted in dirt falling out of the 2" containers and the 4" prickly pair cactus had broken off the largest sprout.”

“My first box was 5 stars however the second box the plants were very dry, and the package was very messy (I believe that was from shipping) they have started to look lifelike again after a few days with water.”
