“I paid for two days shipping and purchased adequate heat packs. My plants arrived seven days late, and they were dead and frozen. I made a claim with UPS, but this company will not respond to my calls or emails to make this right!”

“Product arrived in a mailing bag, and the two Bare root cuttings were each wrapped in a paper towel and taped with Scotch tape and they arrived limp and dried out. It looks like they may not root as they are losing their leaves and look like they going to die.”
