“Didn't realize artic air was coming through when I ordered and was crazy worried cactus would be frozen. Nope, heat pack enclosed, packaged very well, so all is well! It was pale, but once potted and watered it perked right up.”

“So this plant arrived sad because the weather changed to cold during shipping and I had not purchased a heat pack. It did not make it but the folks at Succulent Depot were awesome and took care of everything for me!
