“The heat pack was still warm when the plants arrived. I question the location within the box, and that it was located along an outer edge. I think some of the plants that were on the other side of the box along the edge were damaged from the cold, and that might’ve been avoided if the heat pack were located in the middle rather than long and outer edge”
