“I purchased about 12 different types of succulents and total of 21 items. So I spent over $150.00, most of the items are in good quality. The issue I have is the way they wrap and pack my orders. They didn’t follow their own guidelines . On their guidelines says wrap in tissue paper, but most of the items were wrapped in used magazines and newspaper. And taped it with masking tape which kind hard to remove. When you opened the box it didn’t gave me a wow factor, should have been like opening a gift that makes you excited. White tissue paper should have been used to make it look clean. and pack it with peanuts or shredded materials. Never use newspapers or magazines , it looks filthy. The String of pearls , Aeonium Black Rose , String of Dolphins , Aeonium Firecrackers and Ruby necklace should have been carefully pack in small boxes since they are so delicates . Other than the wrapping and packing issue the quality of the plants are good except on the Aeonium Firecrackers and Black Rose some of it’s leaves are wilted and fell off but for sure it will still thrive.”
