“The jacket i received is beautiful HOWEVER…. The jacket I ordered was an XL and they sent a Large!!! I can’t even get this jacket on. It is measuring as a small!! I selected XL based on my measurements. I’ve tried to reach out to the company via their online chat and email. No response from either. When paying this much for a product the least you should be able to expect is for the company to send the correct size with the correct measurements!!!! This jacket fits my daughter who is an XS”
