“I ordered a suit based on my usual sizing. I own 3 suits. The suit I ordered through WeSuit.co was my usual size, but when I received the suit and tried it on it felt one size too small. Thankfully, WeSuit.co offered me a one-time free exchange for my suit. I also ordered a hat, but unfortunately decided too late that I didn't want it. To return the hat by itself would have required a price tag for shipping much greater than the cost of the hat. The new suit came in today. After a look-over of the suit, I can say it appears to be in very good condition. It felt dry but also somewhat less than damp, unsure if that was from the traveling, a recent cleaning, or what, but it was a bit odd. No damage to the suit and only maybe a few loose strings that do not affect the quality of the suit, just needed to snip them off. A great outcome for something shipped across the world. The exchanged suit fits me perfectly, and I am very happy with the look. I will be coming back for my tweed suits through this company in the future. The customer service was EXCELLENT. As an international customer however, I would recommend against buying smaller products such as hats unless you are 100% positive that you will love it, as the ability to return these smaller items is not worth it if you are unhappy with your purchase.”
