The bag is nice and well made. The problem I had is that it is smaller than it looks online. I could not fit all my equipment in the bag. I need to return my bag but I have used the customer service form 3 times and have had no response. Be sure this will work for you because it looks like customer service on a return is non existent.

I got off to a bad start. After watching several unboxing videos before making the decision to purchase the backpack I noticed that the product was delivered in a box and the backpack was filled with air bubbles to ensure its shape.. My backpack arrived in a plastic bag with only one layer of air bubbles. As you might expect it was crushed to a degree making it somewhat difficult to set up the dividers and to form the backpack back into shape. I decided to return the backpack but after a day had passed I decided to give it another try and since have decided to keep it.

Hey Gary, thanks for the review! Also, thank you for giving it another shot and we're happy it's working out for you — it looks great on you 🙃 As for the packaging material, that's correct. We have recently shifted to a more sustainable approach to avoid excess material and decrease our carbon footprint. It's the same great bag, but with less wasted material (for all of us). It may appear a bit flat when you first receive it, but rest assured that once you add the dividers and your gear, it will "fill out" right away. Thanks again and keep on adventuring! ✨

The bag I purchased is overpriced but generally ok, barring the problem mentioned below. The customer service, however, is truly abysmal and I will never shop here again. I placed my order over the 4th of July weekend with the expectation it would ship soon after the holiday. I heard nothing about shipping and tried contacting the vendor only to find that the only way to do so was via the web chat interface. With no indication of upcoming shipping, I tried repeatedly to cancel the order which was time-sensitive. Eventually, I received a reply indicating upcoming shipping, completely ignoring my repeated requests to cancel the order, but informing me it was likely to arrive in time. As it happened, it did but on opening the top compartment in the bag the zipper pull immediately broke on first use. That was a month ago. I have tried using the chat function and repeated emails to get a response offering some help or recompense and have yet to receive even an acknowledgment of the problem. This is one of the most frustrating and annoying on-line purchase experiences I have ever had and, as I say, I will not be back for more. My advice, shop elsewhere.

Really like the pack, holds 5d mark 4 and various pieces parts. However, first trip I took with it (am actually still on it) one of the magnetic buttons on the pack has came off. Any chance of replacing or repair?

Where can I send this back? It has a lifetime warranty? Mine is 6 months old and falling apart. I would like a full refund. Sooo dissatisfied

I purchased a Voyager pack about 1.5 years ago…the outside zipper broke last week. I was disappointed but did put it through a lot of use and because I love the look of it I’d thought I’d give another one a try. Firstly, the packaging has majorly cheapened, but ok not a game changer. The biggest disappointment is the size is smaller! Reduced in all directions but yet the Velcro separators are the same size so when you add them in they are raised up higher than the actually compartment making it difficult to zip shut so I’m sure I’ll use this zipper soon too. Also you got rid of the internal rain/weather protector. The outside look is still cool, if you don’t plan on actually using this as a working camera bag. I won’t make the mistake of buying another. The only reason I’m keeping this one is I desperately needed a bag for a shoot and so I had to use it as soon as it was delivered.

I ordered the backpack three weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I reached out to Sunny16 support and they never responded. Ended up issuing a chargeback and buying a high-quality clone on Amazon. Will never do business with Sunny16 again.
