“Waited for ever for this backpack and was excited to recieve it after the long wait. The material feels like cardboard and is very stiff. The divider to create a bottom for the top compartment is not sturdy enough to keep items from falling into the main compartment. The zippers on this bag are very hard to open and close. Because the material is so stiff, there are "wrinkles" on the inside on the side walls of the cushioning making it diffucult to get the dividers to sit properly. This was truly a big disappointment and di dnot meet my standards for a quality bag by a long shot. Sorry, Sonny 16 Voyager.....but very poorly made.”
“Having been promised I would receive my backpack within 3 days, I am still waiting for it a full month later. Lots of excuses and not a single attempt to reach out and let me know what was happening or why they were not living up to their promise unless I contacted them. Really a frustrating experience with incredibly poor customer service. It may turn out to be a great product - after all the delays they sent it in nearly slowest manner, so it STILL won't be here for several days - but I can't imagine ever purchasing anything from these folks again!!”
“I am still waiting on my order made over a 5 weeks ago.I (not them) made contact with them over 2 weeks ago, only to be told to be patient. Honestly, I think this is a scam and will be contacting my bank in a few days. I have been patient enough.”
“First, the bag is beautiful. It’s 5 stars on looks alone. Unfortunately, function isn’t great. The dividers are okay. Only the two large dividers have cloth on them and the smaller ones have to attach to those. The smaller ones cannot attach to each other which makes the customization of the interior of the bag minimal at best. Again, the bag looks great but it’s not as customizable as I’d like.”
“This is a really well made bag with lots of nice features......the quality construction really shows. However, it is SMALL! I was looking forward to a quality step up from my current 24L bag and was surprised at the smaller size. The Voyager would not gracefully hold my D810 with battery grip because it was too shallow! The Voyager was shorter to the point that a longer lens/camera combo that fits in my current bag would not fit. Again, this is a beautiful, well-made bag with lots of features.....size is just not one of them.”
