I love the way it looks, but my lap top won't fit in it...so I can't take it on my trip

Excellent construction, Still trying to figure out how to configure the interior pads (I’m OLD.)

It was not shipped in a box like the videos show. It was shipped in a bag, that appeared to have been smashed a few times. So the bag already looked used when it arrived. My first impression was not good at all. The bag itself seems pretty solid, but I could have saved buying a used one given the appearance it is in. But I am sure it will do the job for which it was intended.

I’ve only had it a week but I’m getting it ready for a photo trip next month. In looking at it, it seems to be very sturdy. The padded straps are great! I use a mirror less camera so it was a bit of a challenge to organize the interior so that I could access the camera through the side without wasting other space. The only things that I think could be improved upon are the closures for the tripod straps at the bottom and the top zipper is very stiff and I have to use two hands to open & close it. Pretty minor stuff. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to my first trip with it.

After ordering two other backpacks, way too small by the way, I decided on this one. It is very stylish and a backpack that will be noticed. And most of all, all of my camera equipment fit inside with room to spare. The easy access for the camera without opening the whole backpack is great. Also, this is a rear opening backpack, so if you lay it on wet ground to get equipment out, you don't have that wetness against your back when you put it back on for moving around. Great backpack at a great price. I highly recommend this backpack to anyone needing that extra storage for their equipment.

Everyone should purchase these waist straps with their bag. (It should honestly be included with the bag itself!) Makes a huge difference in how the weight is distributed. They're easy to slide into the loops on the back, and I actually love how easy it is to tuck the extra length into the fabric section of the waist strap to get them out of the way. If you really didn't need them, you could store them somewhere else, but I will keep mine on all the time because it's so much more comfortable to carry the bag with them.
