Easily reaching over 10,000 LUX, the DayBright is among the absolute brightest light therapy devices, fully simulating a daylight lamp to combat anxiety and lack of energy. Regulated by light exposure, our bodies release mood enhancing hormones when exposed to bright morning light. This may help with SAD also known as seasonal affective disorder or winter blues. “I'm a warm tone light kind of person, and my boyfriend prefers white light. This product offers both, along with a variety of other settings. The light came assembled, is beautiful, and super easy to use. I would recommend - Worth the price!”

“I was hesitant to buy this light because of the price, but I am very happy with this purchase! I use it daily and so does my daughter. Wether it's a placebo effect or it's actually working, it makes a big difference for me! I recommend it! (I live in WI and sometimes the sun disappears for a week or more!)”

“WOW. I have always heard great things about light- therapy lights, but to be honest I have always been underwhelmed by the way they look. The Sunrise Sensations lamp is absolutely beautiful, and blends in with my decor. Not only is this lamp beautiful, but it WORKS. I've been using it consistently for about 7 weeks now, and my mood has been lifted, and the most amazing thing, my anxiety and energy levels have vastly improved. I have energy until the sun goes down, when I used to struggle all day, everyday. I love how I can adjust the color temperature of the lamp. You NEED this lamp. This is the one you've been looking for!”

“Love this thing. Years ago I thought I wasn't seasonally affected...and then slowly noticed that my mood would swing a bit when it would rain in long stretches or with lots of sunny days. This year, when winter set in, I wanted to have a strategy to deal with the shorter days and rainy season. So I bought this. I knew I wanted to have something that looked good so that I would want to keep it out and use it. I haven't regretted owning it a day... I love the shape and size - it's beautiful, and it keeps my office nice and sunny no matter what the weather is like outside. I keep it on for long stretches of time (mornings aren't my thing) so I turn it on it the morning and it stays on for about six hours. I turn it off in the afternoon. It sits behind me in my desk area - so it brightens up the room and I haven't found that it's harder to sleep even with it on that long. Remote has worked. Setup was easy. Came in a really well protected box.”

“This is an all around EXCELLENT and solid product. I have used many sunlights and this one is by far the most well designed and the most pleasant for home aesthetics. I keep getting compliments about how cool it looks. I can tell a lot of thought and care went into the engineering. I have incorporated using this light to coincide with the direction of the sunrise for morning sun salutations. I have been using it every day since I received it and I have had noticeably higher energy and optimism. I highly recommend this sunlight for anyone who is looking to incorporate light therapy into their lifestyle. The light itself works perfectly. It has a great temperature range that I can quickly adjust depending on the time of day and how I am feeling. The night lamp mode is an awesome feature and works as a cool mood setter. It reminds me of a moon. The remote works great! The remote is one of the best features of this product. It is very responsive. I was pleasantly surprised when I experienced how fast you can dial down the brightness and color temperature. You can hold down the buttons and it responds fluidly. It is responsive and it works perfectly. :) It's so easy to lose black remotes and electronics so these days I put colored tape and bright cases on black electronics just so I don't lose them. I love how it is a white remote and distinctly stands out from other remotes. I love how lightweight the overall fixture is but at the same time it feels durable and solid. I can't emphasize enough how excellent the engineering and design is on this product. It would look very cool in your home or yoga studio.”

“For most of my adult life, I've struggled with Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D). The winter months in the midwest are especially tough for me, especially January and February. For years I've said I need to try a "happy light", and did try one several years ago but it really didn't seem to help all that much. It was the size of my hand and I felt like I had to practically have my face in it for it to work. A friend of mine recently purchased one of the Sunrise Sensation lights for her and her grown daughter. Knowing how much the cold and lack of sunlight affect me in the winter months, she told me about it and how much they've noticed a change in their moods and demeanor since using it. I was sold. And I'm so glad! First of all, this light is not small. It's larger than I expected but that's a good thing! And it's so pretty...the design with the natural wood trim fits in well with my decor. I've been using it every day for the past few weeks...during the LONGEST January ever, and I'm happy to report that my mood has been uplifted. Although it doesn't emit warmth, it feels like warm sunshine and that has made me happy, even on the darkest, coldest days. I'm happy to report I've had only one truly sluggish, down day since I've incorporated this therapy light into my life. It definitely fulfills its promise. I'm really glad I took the chance and finally invested in a great light for S.A.D light therapy!”

“I have been looking for a lamp/light to help me combat the winter blues. None really spoke to me until I saw this one. I really like the different settings it has of warm and cool light and how you can adjust the brightness. Even if it's just giving me a placebo effect I feel like it's been helping my general mood. Since the sun goes down so early it helps me to stay energized in my office. The only improvement for this product would be a better labeled remote, other than that I would definitely recommend this light to anyone.”
