The DayBright light therapy lamp is unmatched in light quality and design: bright, 10,000 LUX, UV-free light in an elegant exterior of sustainable solid wood. Wake up to warmth and beauty, not a grey clinical box. We are meant to feel daily full spectrum light of the sun. Easily reaching over 10,000 LUX, the DayBright is among the absolute brightest light therapy devices, fully simulating a daylight lamp to combat anxiety and lack of energy. Regulated by light exposure, our bodies release mood enhancing hormones when exposed to bright morning light. This may help with SAD also known as seasonal affective disorder or winter blues. The DayBright uses UV-free LEDs optimized for wavelengths with optimal effect on circadian rhythm to achieve full spectrum light. Our LED therapy light technology has a 27-year expectancy, does not flicker, and is mercury-free (unlike fluorescent light therapy boxes) for safe phototherapy. The remote control adjusts the brightness and color warmth to your most comfortable level. Brightness is adjustable to over 10,000 lux at wide angles and distance or down to lower levels for evening use. Toggle through preset “daylight phases” to simulate the brightness and color of sunlight from morning to evening. A light therapy system takes up space in the home. Not a grey plastic box, the DayBright is built of fully sustainable natural hardwood. Paired with 10,000 lux brightness, the natural look of wood and modern design will uplift your day.

This lamp is a life saver. Quarantine + winter weather was too much, but this lamp makes my room feel like the sun is always shining :) My favorite light setting is the warm tone light - makes it feel like golden hour at any time of the day

I love the DayBright! We use this in our bedroom and because of our early mornings I have it plugged into a Christmas tree timer to turn on hours before the sunrise to get myself in the mood to wake up with the sun hours before the sunrise. Since I have babies/toddlers that are up as early as 5:30 AM, this is a must have! What a great way to start the day! The size is great and the aesthetics are very much welcomed. Added bonus, much easier to dust than a lampshade.

I love this light and it's ability to mimic real sunlight. Also it's a beautiful piece that fits in perfectly with my decor. I have had several friends ask where I purchased this as they want one. I would buy another one for my living room as this was purchased for my home office.

I love the warm light feature and have it on my nightstand to turn on while I am getting ready for the day. I live in Oregon where it is grey for weeks on end, so it is very nice to have a bright light like this one to emulate the sun. It is also very aesthetically pleasing and looks great as a part of decor instead of a medical device. Some things I would like for the next version is a "dawning" feature where it turns on gradually because it is quite a bright light that can be jarring right when you wake up. I face it away from me and turn it on so my system is not shocked by the bright light. I would also love a built in timer to make it like you are being awaken with a sunrise. That would be lovely!

This a COOL lamp. No one can tell it's a special SAD lamp because it just looks like an amazing lamp. I really like the setting that changes the "temperature " of the color. My eyeballs love the relaxing orange one.
