“I have been using CBD for a while and it has been great for better sleep and reducing the annoying aches and pains that are more and more plaguing my old man body. Bad feet, knees, back, ect.
I started with tinctures and they worked well but getting the dosing right was a little tricky.
I also found that full spectrum options were much more effective on the pain side so I gave these a try.
