Even when I ate all the remaining gummies at one time to test dose. Not surprising given my metabolism. I was hoping it would help for sleeping. Maybe I'll try the tincture.”

They are not particularly sour. If you've ever had a commercial sour gummy like a Sour Patch Kid, there is as much sour in this whole jar as there is on one sour patch kid. Roughly.

As for the tincture, we go back and forth amongst ourselves about flavoring it or not flavoring it. Our rationale for not flavoring is so that people. can easily add it to other things (i.e. tea, baking, etc.)
We are also actually in the process of creating some informative videos on how to use our products, including some tips on dosage. Keep an eye out for that!
“No complaints about ordering - package arrived quickly. Enjoyed the gummies - took one per day but would've liked to see more direction on the label with regard to recommended dosage. Also, "corn syrup" is listed as the first ingredient. I've been trying to avoid all such ingredients overall and was surprised to see it from a sustainable, ecologically friendly company.”
