“I just took a major fall and landed on a hard, solid surface (laminate floor). Right leg from knee to hip immediately blew up like a balloon to the point that the skin started to sting. And now - 3 days later - it's black and purple all the way around the leg as the bruising has spread. I iced it per medical directions but I also used this hemp & arnica salve on it. Once I started using the salve the swelling started going down much MUCH faster. And the pain backed off faster as well. So while it's no beauty, it's feeling much better. “The CBD salve seems well-made, with good, natural ingredients. I like the addition of the frankincense oil (nice scent and anti-inflammatory - good choice.) I have to say that I haven't found the salve noticeably effective, which is a disappointment. I ordered it because I had tried a sample of a friend's CBD salve (from an unknown producer) on some joint pain (arthritis) and found it almost magical in its effect. I'll keep an open mind and keep using this salve and hope for improvement.”
