“I've been taking CBD before bed for several years. When the version with Melatonin came out, I switched over to that and take it every night before I go to bed. It helps me fall asleep within 30 minutes or so and certainly improves the quality of my sleep. I used to be a very restless sleeper but, since starting CBD + Melatonin, I sleep very soundly.”
