“I'm sure everyone's reaction varies but being 100% green to anything in this space, my very first dose of .50ml. After 35 min, I couldn't keep my eyes open! I trimmed to .25ml and that helped. In short, I use it to better sleep at night. Sleep meds make me feel groggy in the morning. Say Bay Day lulls me to sleep and I wake up 1000% normal. (Sometimes that bed doesn't let me go though! Lol). Taste... Like a smokey Sesame Oil. I don't like it but I'm okay with it. I'm ordering a bigger bottle this time because sleep is awesome! Left is best!”
