“Have only tried it for two nights, so time will tell. But overall it did improve my sleep a bit. I tend to wake up after 5 hours or so, and I still did wake up at points but found it easier to quickly get back to sleep.

“Yes this is a keeper. I can't do melatonin, but I also can't sleep for difficult, anxious thoughts flood my mind as soon as it gets quiet and dark. On night #1 and since, I could fall asleep gently within 20-30 minutes and wake feeling normal. I don't yet know what the magic is here, but I'll happily take it with thanks!
