“I didn’t think I would like this oil tincture as much as I do! It helps my boyfriend sleep - he’ll put half of a dropper under his tongue, and he says it works pretty well! He doesn’t have insomnia or anything, just difficulty staying asleep, and it helps him with that. (When he really wants to conk out, he’ll vape the CBD flower.)
I never felt that effect from the oil, but now it’s a staple in my morning routine. A friend suggested using it in coffee to help take the edge off, and that works great for me!
