“I will have to see how this works for my cats in the long run but I have high hopes. They've only been taking CBD oil for a few months and prior to ordering from here, I tried Holistapet. I have nothing against them but my most recent order was stolen by a neighbour, and I had to find somewhere else to order a replacement from because the product was no longer in stock. I searched around and stumbled upon Sunset Lake which turns out sells the same mg and size but for less money. I received my order today and inside was a rainbow sticker, a handwritten thank you note on my invoice, and a copy of the lab analysis results for the CBD. It's those little things that really mean a lot to consumers honestly because now I'm pretty sure I'll continue to order from Sunset Lake going forward. “Our 10 yo German Shepherd, Kona, has had joint issues since we adopted her 7 years ago. She’s had one TPLO surgery, and gets Deramax for arthritis and dysplasia in both elbows. We’ve tried expensive injections for her mineralized tendons. And yes, we’ve tried other CBD oils, to no effect. Over the last year, we had to cut her walks back until she couldn’t even go to the mailbox with me. Recently, her vet added gabapentin for her pain. Unhappy about the side effects, and thinking we might not have more than a year, at best, left with her, we decided to give this CBD oil a try. Here are our results two full weeks in: NO gabapentin after the second day. Her gait has significantly improved! She seemed depressed the last few months, but seems so much more comfortable now, and very relaxed. Her German Shepherd anxiety has decreased! She jumps onto the deck when coming back in instead of using the stairs. We are well aware she is not “fixed,” but she has overall improved so much physically and mentally that we are hopeful we can mange her conditions for longer. So happy! Thank you to Rev and to everyone at Sunset! (I know this is long, but if anyone has a dog with similar issues, I’d think they’d want a useful review)”

“I put a drop or two on my cat’s treats and he eats them right up. 30 min later he is sleeping on his back with paws in the air with that “cat smile.” I chuckle because it’s so darn cute. “I personally think CBD has changed my Allie girl, she can now run, hop, and at times jump she suffers from hip dysplasia and luxating patella syndrome which she had surgically repaired. “I used Sunset Lake CBD for pets for a year. My Beagle Mix had periodic seizures and the oil limited the seizures to once or twice a month.
In November, 2022, unfortunately he had two significant seizures within 13 hours of each other. His veterinarian has put him on phenobarbital for seizure control, and I weaned him off the oil because I was concerned the two combined might make him lethargic.
Sunset Lake sent me an email regarding my upcoming subscription order and I missed it. The following day I noticed that there was a pending debit on my credit card account. I emailed them explaining the situation and asking if once the product arrived date, I would be able to return it or was there a way for them to stop the shipping. I received a lovely and kind message back letting me know that they would absolutely stop the order and credit my account in full. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. Should I need CBD oil again in the future, I will definitely be ordering it from Sunset Lake.”
