“It may work for some people but unfortunately, this product did not work for me. After taking it as directed it caused a sore throat and coughing which prevented me from sleeping.
I am planning on asking for a refund.”

We're sorry you had a less than stellar experience with our tincture. A sore throat and cough is highly unusual, and not something we've ever encountered.

“As a person with sleep apnea, a good night's sleep is very important to me. Since taking 25mL of CBD tincture before bed, my sleep scores have improved dramatically, according to my CPAP machine. I feel more well rested in the morning and feel less anxious during the day. I highly recommend this product and have been a repeat customer of Sunset Lake. My only complaint is the amount of paperwork that is delivered with the order, which seems wasteful. I understand that the lab report might be needed in some cases, but as a repeat customer it might be good to be emailed a pdf or something. I do however enjoy the personalized notes.”
Harrison, that is so great to hear! Regarding the paperwork, we COMPLETELY hear & agree with you. It's something we've had a lot of internal discussions about. We're hoping we can figure out a solution similar to what you mentioned. In the meantime, we're focused on transparency for customers and to (hopefully) prevent any seizure of a package in transit.
