“I have dabbled a bit with cbd oil to help with sleep and anxiety to mixed but mostly underwhelming effect. The cbd flower (smoked) provides a much more 'pronounced' effect that will be familiar to many. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and look forward to experimenting with longer term use. I've tried both strains of the smalls, so this review isn't specific to 'Lifter', though it is the more potent of the two strains. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who enjoys the process of smoking and who is looking to take a load off, kick back a bit, get a good's night rest, etc.
