Ingredients
Each tablet contains specific extract (Ze 91019) containing Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) 500mg, equivalent to dry root 2.50g, and Humulus lupulus (Hops) 120mg, equivalent to dry flower 720mg. Vegetarian and vegan friendly product. ReDormin Forte contains no added gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soy, yeast, sesame, peanuts or tree nuts, genetically modified ingredients, nature identical flavours, colours or sweeteners.
Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bed, with water, or as directed by yourhealth professional.For best results take for a minimum of 2 weeks to help restore healthy sleep patterns.
