Please note that our warehouse operations are conducted during weekdays (Monday to Friday), and as a result, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days following receipt of the purchase.
In terms of delivery, our courier partner's operations are also restricted to business days. According to their tracking, your item was delivered to your address in Perth on 18 November. This means the item was delivered on the 10th business day after dispatch, which is well within the expected delivery timeframe for standard shipping to your location.
We understand that any delay can be frustrating, and we always aim to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. However, we’d like to emphasize that the delivery timeframe is consistent with the standard shipping estimate provided at the time of purchase.
