15/01 - Wednesday; order was placed at around 4:55 PM.
16/01 - Thursday; we contacted you at around 2:08 PM confirming if your tie rod suits manual or power steering and you replied on 2:21 PM confirming it's for power steering. We also organized it on the same day from one of our interstate warehouse.
17/01 - Friday, we notified you we may need an extra 1-2 business days to dispatch the order.
18-19/01 - Saturday and Sunday, warehouses are closed
20/01 -Monday; your order was dispatched via Aramex
22/01 - Wednesday; your order was successfully delivered
The order was received within a week from the date of purchase and you were contacted promptly to update you on your order's status.
