“When I opened my gallon of Superstratum Everyday cleaner I felt sensitive to it, likely because I'm autistic with mast cell activation syndrome. After I inquired whether I could return it, Tim, the product manager, told me I could keep it and have my money refunded but also explained that the chemicals may off-gas on first opening the bottle if it has been sitting a while. He encouraged me to try it again and offered the possibility of diluting it. So I have started using it further without noticing ill effct and intend to use it for the shower and smooth-top stove among other applications I may find in my new apartment”
