I am so sorry for the confusion. Our store was temporarily shut down beginning in January of 2024 for a complete product suite update, rebranding, and website improvements. My records show that our customer service team communicated with you in January via email and phone during the store's shut down to discuss best uses and application for our Building Cleaner (old label: Hypochlorous Acid Pro). “I really like this product! I used it in my kids upstairs bathroom when mold and mildew kept returning with regular products. I waited a month to write this review and I am happy to report that the mold didn’t return. Last week we also replaced the exhaust fan where mold was originally reoccurring. We plan to do one more round of fogging, and use their bombs for the whole upstairs area, and finally finish with a mold resistant paint. It wasn’t crazy but did take elbow grease and hypochlorous acid pro remove it all. I followed their instructions and I fogged and sprayed and wiped everything down. I would advise to wear gloves and a mask when removing mold. Hope this helps!”

The overall performance was full circle! Previous solution was rusting out and breaking down our equipment and also left a sticky residue.
