“The product is good, the chocolate flavour is yummy, it does the job for the elemental side but my issue is in one the ingredients in this shake which is maltodextrin. Maltodextrin's glycemic index (GI) is higher than in table sugar and it made me very very hungry and moody all the time. :(”
