“The sugar seems to control my wife's cystitis (or whatever her bladder pain is rightly called). She uses cranberry as well (usually tablets rather than juice) and who knows which is responsible or if it needs both together. Cranberry was good but not 100% but since starting the D-Mannose she has been quite free of other than momentary pain. She finds one a day is generally enough.”
