“I’ve been using the Diet Whey for a couple of weeks now, and really love it. I’ve used Diet Proteins from many brands over the last 6 or so years, I find with other Diet proteins they are rank mixed with water, and only palatable with milk, which obvs increases your calories. I’m happy to report that Supreme Nutrition is the only Diet Whey I’ve come across that still tastes lush with just water!!! I’ve been having a good play around and used coconut milk (makes it taste like a bounty, mmm!) almond milk, cows milk, and 50/50 water/milk mixes. It’s so thick and tasty, I find the optimum is to go slightly over the liquid content that Supreme suggest, I like to use 250/300ml, as I like it a bit runnier. The chocolate taste is quite malty so if you like malteasers you’ll love this! It’s not too sweet either. Really would recommend it, and I can’t wait to try out the strawberry and vanilla flavours to see what they’re like!”
