We're sorry to hear you experienced irritation with SweatBlock. There are few reasons that irritation can occur: - Rubbing the wipe into the skin rather than "dabbing" or pressing lightly the wipe to the skin - The treated skin area is not completely dry before applying - Applying within 24 hours of shaving the treated area - Sensitive skin It is common for irritation to diminish over time as the skin literally becomes more accustomed to it the more you use it. Some customers have noted that applying a petroleum jelly or anti itch cream after the formula has dried in the meantime alleviated any issues.
