“Son loved it but after a couple of days the velcro on the straps which hold the seat to the swegway began to come unstitched i had to stitch them all back on to carry on using the seat”
“Do NOT buy this product if you have a Swegway Pro board. This product WILL damage your board.
Build quality is poor, padding falls off, rough edges cause scratches on the casing of the board and it is hit and miss getting it to function with the board.”

“Although i was happy with the first purchase i made unfortunately the second visit with them was not so good. i was very disappointed in the customer service, item was ordered for a birthday gift and the first one didn't arrive. I expressed if item did not arrive by a certain time then there was no point as too late for grand sons birthday. They still sent the item and i arrived too late so i had to buy grand son another gift (children do not understand items not arriving on time). Itm thus surplus to requirements so it was returned. I was not only not refunded my postage of £5.00 for sending me the item (which was their error) but they also did not refund me for returning the late item. Nothing like being nearly £10.00 out of pocket and nothing to show for it apart from the knowlege that the company have zero customer service and prefer to blame the customer for their courier service being unreliable. Well they have lost my custom and my family and friends !!!”
