“Disgusting Service. I ordered 2 HoverKarts and after 3 weeks I received only 1 and it was of lesser quality. I ordered 2 HoverKarts that where supposed to be Bucket Seat HoverKarts at £99 each but when I opened the package it was of a Cheap knock-off they got from China. I then had to wait a further 3 weeks for them to collect the in fearer product and in the mean time they tried to send me another of the Cheap China Crap and after the company having there rubbish product back I then had to wait a further 2 weeks for my Money back and STILL after all that time and the Company SENDING ME THE WRONG PRODUCTS THEY STILL DIDNT GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK instead of giving me all of my £198 back they still after sending me a product that I didn't pay for, sending a Cheap Chinese Knock Off of what I Ordered, Keeping me waiting for 8 Weeks and Spending most of that 8 Weeks on the Phone trying to get my money back they STILL had the NERVE to KEEP £30 of my money for there mistakes. I am Taking this Company to Small Claims Court and have already contacted Trading Standards for there DISGUSTING TREATMENT. Do your self a favour STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT AND AFTER COURT AND TRADING STANDARDS HAVE FINISHED WITH THEM THEY PROBUBLY WILL GO OUT OF BUSSINESS AND YOU WONT SEE YOUR MONEY EVER AGAIN.

“I am glad for the chance to make a comment on the build and quality of your Swegway hoverkart . I have made comment on the way you promise a 5 day delivery and then we had to wait nearly 2 months and even then only receive one out of the two of our order. It coursed an upset for our two grandchildren on a birthday. They live in Holland and we only see them when we can afford to go. Secondly; when we were able to go again to take the two karts together we had two further upsets, firstly our grandchildren are both boys, and when we opened them we found one was in pink, we were able to talk the one boy who,s birthday it was,nt to accept the pink one but then when we set about putting them together only to find that the bolt holes that fasten the frame together were out of line, so to satisfy the kids we had no other option but to drill new holes which made the wheels face the floor. It seems obvious to me that your quality control or inspection of the products you send out is none existent.
