“Seat is very good but was full of deep marks and scratches when it arrived for my boy before Christmas. Send pictures and emails to the company and tried to phone the number that they left me but still has had no reply and think I had poor customer service on an item that cost 140 pounds. Would have liked the seat replaced as it was my sons Christmas present but other than that the product is a better quality product than my sons friends have purchased from other cheaper companies.”
“Swegway sold a hoverkart and it didn't work with the Swegway Pro. After 6 weeks of them promising an additional part, they sent 2 screws and 2 nuts. No instructions. I don't believe they knew what they were sending. Taken back and got a refund. Useless.”
