“Order received, no bag, three phone calls made each time they have promised to send one, still no bag. Hover board now broken and after a week of sending emails I'm no further forward with it. Appalling customer service, no one ever answers the phone.”

We went for the Bluetooth option with free bag , unfortunately there was no bag when opened it and it took over a week to arrive the free next day delivery isn't clear when you go to basket as no delivery options were available it was only when it didn't arrive next day that I went on to check , he was then very disappointed I would of gladly paid the extra if it was made clear but it did say ( free next day delivery if ordered before 3pm ) that's not the case also trying to track the order is a nightmare as the number wasn't recognised I then tried for 2 days to get through to customer services on hold for a long time but did get the answer I wanted in the end .”
“Very easy to get on and off and very smooth and easy to ride. With practice, easy to go up and down a hill. On the whole, great fun.
One concern from the user was the juddering when you get on and off and also when you fall off. Better it just vibrated.”
