“Having received the Swegway a day earlier than expected (pleasantly surprised), I was to then find that the Bluetooth and Bag upgrade that I had paid for hadn't arrived with the Swegway. I called the office and was informed to take a photo of the Swegway and send it to them and that they would replace it with another which would arrive in a few working days. I explained that this was a birthday present and that I didn't wish to go down this route, to which I was offered an alternative of accepting it without the Bluetooth and that they would send the Bag by the next working day. I accepted the alternative but as of today (almost two weeks), I still haven't received a refund nor have I received the bag as promised.”
