Swegway took over 1 week to arrive & missed my daughter's birthday. I called 3 times that week to ensure it would not be late & was told it was out for delivery but it never was! Swegway was faulty so a replacement was dispatched, this was damaged & clearly 2nd hand so requested a refund. Collected both on 31st Aug & I after more numerous calls & emails was told refund had been authorised on 7th Sep & I would receive this the next day with email confirmation. I am still waiting!!! I have given up on emails and calls as they never answer and when they do answer they just promise what I want to hear to get me off the phone. Fortunately I paid on credit card so they are now dealing with the dispute. Absolutely unacceptable as I initially paid 1st August. If you are reading this UK Swegway (Elliott, Cooper or Ryan as I have dealt with all of you) can you please finally do the decent thing and refund my money. Order 14816. Thanks”
“I have been waiting for two weeks for a refund for my sons present which never arrived on time. Impossible to get hold of anybody on the phone and no reply to emails.
Not a way to run a business if you can call it that!!

Useless customer service I have plenty of videos showing how dangerous the 2 you set are and I have asked for the 2nd one to be picked up and a full refund.
