“well, I ordered my SwegWay bag from the company at the same time of ordering my sons 11th birthday gift, the SwegWay arrived no problem, but the bag........ he waited 3 months for the delivery after repeated calls, to then receive the wrong size, after a very long time, we finally received the correct size bag after another 3 months of emailing and calls.
I wont be using this company again. very quick to take money, but customer service poor.”
“I ordered this along with a Swegway for my son for Christmas. The Swegway arrived on time but the bag didn't appear until weeks after. There was no explaination for this. Although the quality seems good, I'm disappointed that this isn't an official Swegway bag as advertised. It has NB printed on it instead of Swegway. I did email customer services about this but they didn't respond.”
