“It was purchased as a Christmas present but wasn't taking charge. We tried to report it to customer service on the first working day after christmas. No-one answered the phone. We emailed but no response. We finally got through to someone two weeks later. Eventually we were able to return it to get it fixed and it was sent back quickly. The lack of access to and lack of response from customer service was very very poor.”
