“I've given this rating and review because I've been trying to contact you for the last 5mins regarding my sons broken swegway that I purchased from you. I've left messages on the phone number provided on your site to no avail and sent numerous emails to the customer care team where some have been recieved yet still not responded and others have bounced back. I would be very grateful if you would atleast reply to my emails/voicemails as I only purchased the swegway Xmas 2016 and when it broke it wasn't even a year old. “Total rip off, my 12 year old son bought one of these and it was faulty so we returned it. Took nearly 2 months to get his money back and that was after threatening small claims court etc I'm sure they just hoped we would go away and they could keep his money... AVOID this lot of crooks and purchase from someone reputable”
