“Telephone help during purchase was excellent.
Product was faulty (one missing screw, one loose screw) which was not discovered until after it had caused an accident.
Customer service upon returning product was appalling (rude, obnoxious, supercilious, dismissive). She said that as the board was scratched (result of the accident) they would not fix it and wanted to charge. As the repairman telephoned whilst I was present, demanding his long overdue payments, I left. I then discovered that the company was in difficulties through looking on Companies House and decided to fix the board myself, which I did. I will NEVER use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone.”

In regards to there being no Bluetooth and bag when you placed the order we had and a £10 Bluetooth upgrade, this is where you get a Bag and Bluetooth for £249. You paid £239 for a normal classic, this is the reason why you didn't receive the Bluetooth upgrade and the Bag. Apologies again for the bad experience you received.
