Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The board didn't arrive. It was a Christmas present and after a stressful and ridiculous amount of my time being wasted through unanswered phone calls and emails I gave up.
The UK mail delivery company are just as shambolic.
Shall NEVER buy one or use the site again.”
“Bought as a Christmas present. Worked fine on Christmas Day but would not switch on on Boxing Day. I had one very upset grandson over the holidays. Could not make contact until after holidays. Never got through on phone but did through email. After several emails back and forward, eventually board was collected, repaired and returned but no contact re what the problem had been. I asked the question and did receive a reply quickly. Would have preferred to buy at shop but Sheffield is to far to travel.”
“No problem at all with the hover board once it arrived!! Took weeks to come every time I rang there was either no answer or an engaged tone! When I finally got through all I was told was "out of stock sorry"
Nobody actually rang to tell me this even though I'd had an email to say it was being delivered within 4 days, arrived after 4 weeks! Rubbish customer service wouldn't buy online again from these”
