“My daughter had her Segway for 1 week and already it began to rattle and is broken. She rides this in the house on carpet or hard wood floor, occasionally outside on the Tarmac path. The quality is not what I would expect for the price and feel disappointed.”
“Days after ordering informed of delay due to supply problem. Arrived with no bag and no instruction booklet. After 36 hours minimal usage would no longer charge. Now left to chase UKSwegways to fix the board and a very disappointed 12 year old. Further research reveals that this is a common problem. I have contacted the company who immediately read to me their warranty that they would not do a refund or replace if I had the board longer that 2 days. No apology that their board came with no bag/instruction nor the inconvenience of having to return their product because it is faulty and I am out of pocket.”
