“Received item put on charge and within 10 mins heard a popping sound. Returned the faulty item which was an ordeal in itself, asked for a refund and two weeks later still have not received my money back, so no hover board and £200 out of pocket. The customer service is dreadful if you are fortunate enough to actually be able to get through to someone, they do not respond to messages or ever return your calls.”
“Original Pink was not in stock so they called me and arranged a white to be delivered. Unfortunately, it arrived with a large crack on it. I sent a few pics and spoke to the guys on the phone and they arranged a collection and new one was delivered the very next day. Great service and no fuss at all.
