Within a week of ownership the board had to be returned due to excessive squeaking, but following repair this seems to be resolved.

“Purchased swegway and delivered fine, given to my daughter for Christmas and within half the day it did not work due to a faulty wheel which also then made a sensor faulty as it kept needing to be re-calibrated. Company then not open until 3rd of January to assist therefore had to arrange a local repair at a cost of £100 o top of an already expensive product otherwise a very upset daughter for the holidays”
