“Very very very poor service and customer service, brought a new classic swegway on the 4th of September as a gift, used it in the 5th and when I came to charge it I noticed that one of the pins in the charge Pitt was pushed right in, I rang up the shop several times who said they would get some one to pick it up to be fixed, never heard ought so I rang back to be told that I have to ring customer services up, I rang and they says I had to pay a pick up fee of 20.00 pounds and I would get it refunded so I did they collected it and then said I would not be getting the 20.00 pounds back and would have to pay a further 15.00 pounds to have it repaired but yet it was a faulty product from the first day, I refused and they said it would be kept in the repair centre untill the fee is paid, I asked to speak to a manager but got told no by the unprofessional customer service team, I paid the fee to get the swegway returned to me as it was for a 11 year old as a birthday gift, when I sent it back it was in the original packaging but when it was returned it was loose in a cardboard box not wrapping on it, I wish I never purchased from this shop but a lesson learned I guess, just don't go through what I went through, I reported it on the 5th of sept and it was returned to me on the 17th of October”
