“The SwegWay was the toy my son wanted and I wanted to try it too! He took to it so easily, within two minutes he had mastered balancing, turning around, speeding up and slowing down. I tried... not so easy for me but I have got better at it! We are now proficient on the SwegWay and I wished that I'd bought one sooner... More time to have fun! It charges well and we have had many hours of useful play! Thank you!”

This is the worst purchase I have ever made from a company that does not care less about their customers I am having to involve trading standards to resolve my issues with them.
I wont go into to much detail because of legal reasons but OMG have I been warning as many people as possible using social media/ networks to warn other not to purchase anything from them. BEWARE OTHERS”
“I purchased the swegway for my son's 11th birthday. The day he opened it the board broke! There was no power! I returned the board and asked for a new one, I actually got my old one back which they had mended. I now have another issue of the swegway leaving dirty black marks all over my carpet! I now have to pay £20 to have it sent back, I have told them I want a refund and they are saying that they need to see the board first! I am totally disgusted with this board and service. It cost my £268 and so far has been nothing but grief. I would not recommend one, if you do decide to get one, go to EBay!”
