“DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SWEGWAY UK - appalling customer service all out for your money ! They say item's are in stock on website but guess what they have your money and never sent the item! When we received a bag which was not sent in time as specified they sent to my home address and not the delivery address which i had asked for!! this ruining my daughter's suprise as she didnt even know she was having a swegway!! Way to go !! Steer clear of this organisation”
