“The Segway is a great product and would highly recommend one but,it broke after nine days I called the shop were I purchased it from and they charged me £20.00 to collect it to be fixed, after just nine days I think it is rediculas after spending £350.00 on n it.”
“I ordered two of these on 25/11/16 for my boys for Christmas . We Received a delivery notification on 29/11/16 which included tracking number.after around a week the boards hadnt appeared.in contacted Swegway via email and was told they where out on deliver. Days later I Contacted ukmail who told me ukswegway had delayed the delivery. I tried contacting ukswegway who told me the items would be available for delivery at the end of the week 16th dec. I decided to call and cancel both orders and was told that one of the boards wouldnt in fact have been in stock untill the 9th of january !
After half a dozen emails and phone calls I managed to get full refund on 13/12/16
