“Postage option for rural was available on the website, which we chose. Disappointed to be sent an email to say they don't do rural postage and that we would need to get it sent to somewhere like PGG Wrightsons to pick it up. Had we have known this in advance we would not have shopped with them. The hassle to go into our local Wrightsons to pickup is annoying. We then had to ask to be refunded our rural postage as it was not being sent to us direct. They really need to include this in the price and get it sent out - we are rural but always penalised for this! Clothesline is great and does the job, nice to support NZ made for a change.”
